First time erecting this awning the stitching came apart on the tent peg hooks. This cheap copy of a Kampa wouldn't withstand any weather.Normally the poles would be adjustable to accommodate uneven ground but this isn't.We arranged to have it returned and at first the seller refused a refund saying we had damaged it through not reading the instructions. Then we got 2/3rds of the refund, it was only through amazon's assistance we finally got all the refund and postage.I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase this awning, it is cheap for a reason. The seller is rude and unreasonable
