Q: They say not to use this on acrylic or colored grout. How can a tub and tile cleaner not be safe for these? Has anybody had problems out there?

I think that it may actually fade a colored grout. I have an older home with discolored white grout and it has seemed to help whiten it.

Q: How deep does it clean? Stain removing?

I don't know about all stains but it is the best thing I have found to remove soap scum build up and general grime in the tub and between the tiles.
