Wasn't sure about spending this kind of scratch on a used item, but Im certainly happy I did. Its Impossible to tell this phone from a new one. Sure it didn't come in the original box and Comes with an aftermarket charger, but who cares? I wasn't sh9pping fur a box and a charger, I was looking to sidestep the sticker shock of a brand new one and id rare this as my vest our hade on Amazon to date. The phone and shipping time exceeded my every expectation. I'm thrilled ! BTW the camera is for real worth all the hype!! If I needed another one, I would buy from this selleragain without hesitation.

I'm about to be traveling from my family and my current phone has been having microphone issues, so I ordered a new phone to arrive in time to set up for my travel.I've ordered refurnished phones from Amazon multiple times with great experiences across the board. Until now.The phone arrived just thirty minutes ago, and out of the box the screen does not work at all. Literally if anyone even tried to test this before sending, they would know this phone is not usable.Now it is too late to order a new phone before I travel, so I will have to travel with a phone that doesn't really work to talk to my kids because this seller decided not to even turn the screen on before sending a refurbished phone.I can understand if a refurbished phone has issues after a few weeks of use that wouldn't have been obvious before shipping. This problem it's immediately obvious when turning on the phone and it's extremely frustrating that the seller decided to ship the phone anyway knowing it did not work. Buy elsewhere unless you want to have to return your order.

This phone definitely has a longer battery life than my previous phone, the Galaxy S6 (quite an upgrade, right?). Everything works so well and fast. And the 5G is so good for downloads and streaming (I don't do online gaming). Even though it was a "renewed" phone I haven't had a lick of trouble with it in the 15 months that I've owned it.

I've had iphones, and pixels, and by far this is the best phone I've had. The camera quality is out of this world. Totally worth it.The phone I ordered came unlocked and very well maintained. Almost like new. I noticed a few very small scratched on the screen but I noticed after days of using the phone, that's how small they are. I can't see them unless I intentionally look for them.

Wouldn't start charging for 15 min, and, finally got 8% in an hour

Phone came just like new as advertised. No issues with activation or with phone. Been using phone almost a month now and very happy.
