Get this exact one! You won’t be disappointed.
The media could not be loaded. ILOVE this machine! It’s easy to use. Doesn’t get hot on the outside. Gets to temp super fast. Cooks perfectly. Has preprogrammed settings for the thermometer feature which takes the guess work out of cooking and will stop cooking at the right time to allow the food to continue cooking on its own to get up to the perfect temp. Just brilliant! They have thought of everything! I regularly cook entire meals in it with the veggies up top and meat below. The hen shown in the pic is 6.5 lbs and took less than an hour to cook. Get one! You won’t be disappointed

Love it but 90 second preheat is an absolute untruth!
This is still a great oven full of features and large interior space. It is easy to clean and one of the things it does well is toasting bread, usually around the 4 minute mark. I've had this oven for about 4 months now and happy with it, except for the 90 second preheat. I used two different thermometers and two different temperatures to test it. Both tests showed that it took 6-7 minutes to reach the desired set temp. Not sure how Ninja can advertise a 90 second preheat.Aside from that, I do love the oven and would recommend it with that caveat.

True convection bake
I cannot say enough about this oven! It is the bomb! I was a caterer/chef/baker who recently moved into an RV.The RV oven was not going to work for me as there is not “even heating” for “true” baking. This oven has an element on both the top and bottom with the fan at the back. It does true convection bake! The photos are home made yeast rolls and sticky buns from scratch. There is room for 2 regular size loaf pans and for them to rise. I’ve also baked cake and scones!Every description of airfryer ovens say they can bake… but only show pizzas and wings. That’s not the kind of baking I needed.Ninja please add to your description that this will do true baking as I would not have put this much money out had I not previously tried my mom’s. This was totally worth the price for me. This was not a sponsored purchase or review, ninja doesn’t even know who I am!

I loved this thing until a 5-Cent Part failed and now it's headed for the landfill
It was purchased (Refurbished) on November 25, 2021, and began using on December 25, 2021. It stopped working on March 23, 2025, because a 5-cent part failed and is maniacal to replace. The start/Stop button also stopped working. The switch is a tiny little dude on a circuit board in the handle. A small metal disc detached and rendered the switch useless. Accessing the circuit board requires removal of 2 dozen (or so) screws (including security screws requiring special bits) and complete disassembly of teh front panel. Not easy to get to. Nearly impossible to reassemble. Replacing the switch requires special soldering tools and knowledge of working with micro-circuits. I'm handy, but this is beyond my skills and knowledge. They expect me to be happy I got three years of use; however, it is ridiculous to trash a several-hundred-dollar appliance because of the failure of a part that costs only pennies and is practically unreplaceable. Phooey. I loved this thing until it stopped working.Google "Repairing Ninja Foodi DT 201 - Start Button not working" to watch a video that explains the problem in greater detail.I'm pointing my finger at the broken switch in the photo. The gold-colored cap fell off (visible on the other switches to the left). I taped the cover back on, but it didn't work again.

fan's a bit noisy - but top notch appliance
got this to replace an older well-used toaster oven and a smaller air fry oven. this 1 appliance does the work of several different appliances to cook/bake/etc. fan is a bit noisy - but does a great job once you get the hang of using this. cleanup is easy. a bit large - but you can cook on 2 different shelf racks at the same time - ideal for protein on 1 rack (chicken, fish, etc) and a potato dish (fries, tots, etc) on the 2nd rack.
