Traditional Medicinals Tea Cinnamon Stress Ease Organic, 16 ct

I originally came to this brand of teas for a PMS relieving variety. It was actually called PMS Cinnamon tea, to support a good mood during that time. It greatly reduced my severe irritation that can come up to two weeks before my period. Of course they quit making that tea and I went nuts trying to find a comparable one. I've tried supplements like 5htp and ashwagandha and teas like Yogi's kava, chamomile, lemon balm and nothing was the same. Once I came across this Stress Ease I jumped! It is almost identical to my original tea, containing cinnamon and the elusive skullcap and it works just as good!! I am always anxious, like something is going to happen and this tea has even helped with that!! It helped calm me for a very important interview, knocked my blood pressure right down! It doesn't make me drowsy (although not a whole lot does being bipolar), but it can make me feel a little 'heavy', so I make sure to only drink it when that is not a problem. I will be drinking this for the rest of my life!!

This tea has a wonderful and soothing aroma which is important before the first sip. I’m here to confirm it’s delicious and provides a great deal of stress relief and calm during my brain grinding studies for a licensing exam. I love the cinnamon and flavor notes left behind each sip….making for a fabulous tea experience.

The flavors of these are all labeled wrong. I need cinnamon and only get verbena lemon.

one of the best tasting "stress relieving" teas I have found to date. and it does help relax you a bit. i wouldn't say it knocks you out or kills a panic attack in a heart beat but you will notice at least a slight difference in your mood

I really like the products of this brand, and this tea is very good, it relaxes you a lot, especially after a long day of work.

I bought this for a friend who contracted Covid-19 and got very sick. She was also going through some personal issues and had a lot of anxiety on top of her illness so I ordered this for her. She loved the cinnamon and it brought down some of her stress. She drank it every morning and when she ran out she ordered more. She recovered but still drinks this tea to help with her anxiety. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with stress.

The product itself works good I just don't like the fact when companies get good reviews then they raise the price I payed under 8 bucks in November came to buy another box now its 12 👎🏽👎🏽
