Pleasantly surprised.
Good book. Shame about the errors. Would have been better if it had been proofread before being published. Apart from that it was well worth tReading.

A must read
This book is set in my youth the 80s and my home the East End. I grew up around these people this is as real life as it gets. Kerry Price pulled no punches didn’t exaggerate things. This book is saucy and desperately sad I shed a few tears at the end and I can’t wait for the next instalment

Good read
Loved this book, can't wait to read the next one! The way it was typed wasn't the best with lots of words put in the wrong way around etc and sometimes the wrong words put in altogether, having said that I've really enjoyed reading it just the same!

So many mistakes
First time reading from this author, overall the story line was great but the number of spelling mistakes or mixed up words were really off putting. Won't be buying the second book as I nearly gave up half way through this one.

Great story
I really enjoyed the book and the story line. Think along the lines of pretty woman or rags to riches with a tragic ending. However, the spelling, grammar and punctuation is not what I would expect from a book I've paid for. It is like it hasn't even been checked. There are capital letters and speech marks galore missing and a lot of basic spelling errors which really lets the book down. If it wasn't for these errors I would've given the book 5 stars as the story was fantastic. I did consider only leaving 3 stars because of this but this writer has got so much potential if this book is anything to go on and I didn't want to put others off from buying it.
