Taste is ok, i followed what the instructions said put 250ml water, and it’s bland for me, it’s just my 2nd day trying it, I’ll probably put less water to see if it would taste better

Does not curb appetite. Not tasty. Not buying again. I don't recommend, only because I know inno sup has the very best coffee to curb appetite and speed metabolism. I only purchased this to get me through, but it did 0 of it's claims.
