If you grew up “on your feet,” you NEED this in your life! My first job was in a restaurant and I’ve been working on my feet ever since and my hips, knees and ankles are TRASHED… so about 15 years ago, I started taking Osteo-Biflex. It worked GREAT till about 2 or 3 years ago. By that point, I was taking the highest dose level and a bottle of that was almost $50 for 80 ct bottle. Then I realized all I really needed from the supplement was the MSM! MSM is the active ingredient in the supplement… so I decided to just start taking the MSM by itself and that was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself!

This is the only brand I have tried, so I can't compare. But yes, I could feel it. Most notably my joints felt more limber. But, in general I do believe it works as claimed by doctors in medical journals.

Just got these and they’re kinda hard to swallow, however, I’ve only seen good reviews so I’m taking them!!! There’s no bad taste either!

Good item, well priced.

I thought I was ordering capsules, but I realize that I didn't when I received them. These are large hard pills that are difficult for me to swallow at times. I prefer capsules and I won't order these again. Honestly, I am not sure they work as well for me as capsules either.
