Great item, excellent design. Good quality, sturdy build, functions exceptionally well.No silly straw to get dirty of gunged up. Simple easy to clean design.I was SO impressed that I directly ordered another for my partner. However, the second arrived without the secondary spout cap. Hence docking one star. Return in progress now.Packaging of the item itself is eco friendly and efficient, in a sturdy spiral wound tube. However, why this is then packaged in an A3 cardboard box is beyond stupidly. Incredibly wasteful. JUST SEND IT IN THE CARDBOARD TUBE!!!!!
