Not suitable for my stomach
I used this product as a substitute to raw coconut oil. It upsets my stomach. This is my first time having a pure MCT oil. So, I’m not sure whether it’s a common issue with MCT oil in general or just with this particular brand. Also, I started with jarrows as it’s a reputable company and I don’t have to worry about any adulteration.
