I suffer from intense Psoriasis and itching, flaking etc etc. This shampoo has a weird jello texture for one well , I went past that jelly. It makes my hair feel really weird like super weird like you just washed with soap. As for it's benifits I'm not sure. For me having been using it for like 3 weeks now, two days a week I haven't seen much of a difference. Well yes the hard Psoriasis flakes are non existent, I don't have hard bumps on the back of me head like I used to have, but apart from that my scalp Dosen't feel clean and after washing my hair I see a lot of flakes on my hair and hair length so that Shampoo makes my hair texture so weird that them flakes don't wash out at all. Also after washing I come out see my scalp in the mirror I see them scalp scabs stuck still and I can definitely itch it out. So in short I don't see much difference. I'm also still using my normal Dove anti Dandruff shampoo and conditioner on days I'm not using this medicated one, and lemme tell you if I had a choice between the two I'd definitely choose dove. It gives me way better results than this and also Dosen't make my hair feel weird. Well it has tar so that plays a role in the feel We have noticed that. But Dove does a way better job and I have no scabs or any dandruff hanging on my scalp and hair length also my scalp feels healthy and super clean. So let's see if this shampoo is gonna work or not. Because I definitely need to get rid of my scalp issues because I still do have it - Sebahorric Dermatitis and Psoriasis.

Made my dandruff worse than before... Head and shoulders gives better results than this shampoo...

I had dandruff since forever. But I did not realise that it has become a disease. just recently when the scaling was visible on my hairline and it looked like eczema I started looking for some lotion or cream. I came across shampoos and lotions with Coaltar and Salicylic acid which are used in th treatment of eczema. I purchased Tarexel and within two washes the rash on my hairline was gone. My dandruff has gone completely and there is no itching or flakes whatsoever. For the first time in years I have known the feeling of clean scalp. I use this shampoo once a week and use my normal shampoo for rest of the days. There is no difference in the lather while washing and it cleans the oils and grim very effectively. No dryness of hair also which is awesome as other anti dandruff shampoos make hair dry and brittle. I will definitely advice to use this shampoo once.P.S. They also gave a sample of a face wash which is again very good and I have ordered 2 packs of it.

I found this product on Amazon and placed the order based upon the reviews. Just one wash and I can feel the reduction in the dandruff. The shampoo left my scalp feeling very clean. I face issue of dandruff not just in winter but summer as well. I tried numerous shampoos prior to this and other treatments but, nothing seemed to work. I am glad I found this shampoo! The company was very considerate and sent a travel pack of 30ml along with! Do give it a try!
