This lotion is not inexpensive so, when I received a defective pump which would not allow me use the lotion (it is thick and one cannot pour out of the bottle), I was disappointed. However, I quickly received another bottle and a refund. Personally, given the price and the inconvenience of having to pay my assistant to mail the bottle back, I think I should have just received a new bottle.

Smells nice, smooth on the skin. I have bought this 3x and is a go to for my arms,legs, and decolettage. You don't need a lot at each use so it does last. It's pricey and I don't spend a ton on creams but this from OSEA is a must for me. I have used their other items and it's a quality company.

This is a reorder - I have been using this lotion balm and my skin feels amazing- I love that my skin stays hydrated for well over 48hr . This is a quality product for your skin. Some people don’t like smell - but it’s giving spa day smell for me.

This is most likely the best moisturizer I’ve ever used!!! The only thing is the pump doesn’t work. So it will be pretty annoying to have to get it out without having one..but I still love.

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for something to help my dry mature skin. This product applies nicely and evenly. It stays a bit greasy but not to where it stains furniture or clothes. The smell is very citrusy.I apply as recommended after the shower and it stays on all night.

I really like the lotion I feel like it worked on my crepey skin but it is a bit oily so I could only use it and hopefully have it dry otherwise it ended up everywhere. I would even buy it if it was just that, but the bottle itself is glass And the pump stops working when there’s still plenty of lotion left. There is no way to scrape it out of there because of the angle of the bottle where the lotion gets stuck at the top at the bottom. You could probably get a lot more lotion for your money if they would design a bottle that was conducive to using all of the lotion.

I wanted a more natural product to help with my dry skin. I live in a humid climate, but still have dry skin. After a month-what a difference!!! I even use this on my face! It has moistured and made my skin softer and more supple. Even the wrinkles that are appearing near my eyes are softer and over all texture of my skin is amazing! Yes, it is expensive-but to have finally found a product that makes my skin look years younger is worth the price to me. Plus, have less additives and natural ingredients is a HUGE plus for me! Definitely worth the price and the results!

Doesn't hydrate your skin at all! It goes on greasy and oily. Once it is absorbed, I was left with ashy dry skin. I have never seen my skin look so dry. The cost is outrageous for it to not work at all.
