It's a nice small backpack
I bought this to take on a trip. It didn't really work for what I was wanting, but that was no fault of the backpack. You can take the sling off and button down the flap, and carry it like a bag. That's how I have it configured now, and I use it for basic medical supplies. It has a small pocket on the front and the main compartment. I like the color, and it feels well made. It has MOLLE straps, but given the size of the backpack, I'm not sure what you'd attach.

Pretty solid for a purse!
Similar to other comments, I wanted a man purse/walking bag that wasn't obscenely huge or heavy, just enough for essentials. Considering it's intended for a medical bag, it's pretty decently made for the price. Thick zippers, cord pulls etc. The bungee cage for your patch is a nice addition. I can't say quality wise after a week, but it fits a rolled shirt, 2 water bottles, snacks, phone, wallet, eyeglass case, and if you want to get adventurous, you can fit about 2 extra cans in there as well. I haven't quite figured out the sling system but that's not the bags fault, although a small example pamphlet might of been nice.

Excellent Small Court-side 1st Aid Bag
Good size, but not bulky & easy to transport court-side for daughter’s volleyball practices/games. Enough room for various tape rolls, a few instant ice packs, wraps, & a few 1st Aid items…perfect.

Perfect size; so functional!
Perfect size for what we need to carry in our Medical Mission Team bags. Love being able to simply sling over my shoulder. Sturdy fabric and hardware. Ordered 6 more!
