My father had a catheter in for a couple of weeks, and was staying in bed almost exclusively because the catheter kept pulling. He had the stability tape from the hospital, but a friend recommended these for extra support, and she was completely correct! These stabilization devices work fine once you get used to them. It is nice that there is a picture to show how it should be connected because it isn't necessarily intuitive. They are not generously sized and do need to be changed a little more often than some others. The economical price makes the frequent changes less of an issue.

This is a great product for holding a catheter in place. The ones that they provide in the hospital break easily and are flimsy. My daughter recently had a urine catheter placed for an ongoing chronic condition which looks like it will be permanent.She has very delicate skin breakdown and this does “not” bother her skin whatsoever. I have already purchased it four more times now and I will be doing so again as she need them🤗

These little stabilization devices work well, but I don’t feel they are as secure as the Bard Statlock. They are less expensive than the name brand, but still expensive enough for the quality. From personal experience, I feel the name brand adhere much better and stay secured for a longer period of time. I would, however, buy these again if the price point was a little better.

I’ve gone through 5 of these today alone. These things DONT STICK properly. I’m not sure if I got a defective batch, but this is my second order of these and the first one was almost just as bad. Good luck getting this to last a week. I should have just paid extra for the StatLock brand because they actually hold the tube properly and stay on for at least a week.

While I wish it held in place longer, I understand showering is hard on the adhesive. In any case, I needed it quickly. And it was delivered to my door quickly.

These work well for the price. I find the more pricey ones attach for a longer period of time. But these are well worth it because they are so much cheaper. I will be buying them again on subscribe and save.
