Great year round addition to outdoor fire pit!
I bought one of these for my outdoor fire pit. It's awesome to look out there year-round and watch the realistic looking glow of a fire. Just bought a second for a friend and she loves it!

so cute
This is smaller than I thought it would be, it has helped with my Halloween decorations and plan to use it for Christmas as well. It puts out a nice light and looks like a fire. Doesn't not stay lite all night but that isn't a big issue. It really is very pretty and I love it, I will be buying another one.

Really fun and different!
We were looking for some new flame-effect solar lights to decorate our backyard, and when we saw this, we just had to try one. We put it in the center of a flower garden patch, and it is so cute! It has a nice flickering glow and really catches the eye. And with its size, it would also look great on a table or small pillar. The best thing? You get the fascinating look of a volcano in a convenient, portable size (without any of the horrible danger and destruction!) that you can position creatively in your landscape as an interesting focal point. The seller even checked in with me to ensure that I had received the item and to ask how I liked it..now that's customer service!

Good Lighting at Night not usuable in Sunlight
It works good. Wish it was a little bigger.

Not Worth the Money. Only Lasted a Few Months.
I bought this for our garden last year, but it stopped working within the first few months. I see the price is higher than it was when I bought it, so definitely not worth the price for something that doesn't last long at all.

Fun decoration
I've had this volcano light for a month now, and waited to post my review to see how well it performed and lasted. I do share concerns with other reviewers about just how waterproof this is so I move it into the garage when there's a threat of rain.It's a great accent and a nice effect. Perfect level of brightness. Depending upon sunniness and cloud cover during the day, this light typically gives me a minimum of 5-6 hours of flickering. On long, cloudless August days, this would start flickering at dusk and would still be going at dawn the next morning.

What you actually see
The concept is great but the effect is a little disappointing. The demo the demo they showed was quite a bit brighter. To expensive for what it is.
