This was my first time buying Barrie House and was pleasantly surprised. Good flavor in bith chemex and moka pot methods of brewing. Beans seem fresh, smokey hints in the smell but not the taste. Would buy again

Drank whole bean hazelnut for decades. Tried all manner of brands. This is by far one of the better flavors, but it lacks the browned buttery flavor that Hazelnut whole bean is noted for. And it still has too much of that sicky artificial flavor.Kroger brand Private Selection whole bean hazelnut is 90% better than this. You should try a bag ofd that to see what it should taste like. Not this candied mess flavoring they seem to be selling to Cameroons, Coyote moon, or yourselves to flavor the coffee with.

This is really a shame because it makes an excellent cup of coffee, but it is artificially flavored and I understand that uses some really nasty chemicals, so unfortunately I will not be buying it again.
