Bought 2 of these as a friend advised the multi arm type can be tricky to align. Very happy with the result. Using these with 27" monitors that weigh around 7kg. Didnt need to adjust the tension so would say this weight and size is probably the sweet spot. Impressed with build quality and very easy to assemble. Had mine up and running in less than 10 minutes per screen. Would buy this item again.

I invested in this as I was leaning forward to see my monitor and getting back ache due to poor posture. This monitor arm is really sturdy and very well manufactured. The monitor height adjustment is spring-loaded, but can be tightened or loosened to keep the monitor at the right height, but still can be raised or lowered if required. Easy to install, depending on your desk location. Gives more free desk space to work. Highly satisfied

Once assembled, it's good, but the instructions could do with being re-written, as I assume these are just directly translated from another language. I've now got two of these, each attached to a different side of my desk, this allows me to have side-by-side monitors (32" each), and also push them into any position. The USB cable is a bit of a strange addition, but I guess some people might find it useful.

Don't bother with an ultrawide or any monitor that weighs more than 7-8kg I would say.I have an 11kg monitor that just sags even at the highest tension level. It's a pain to set up and was an even bigger pain trying to get the monitor to sit on the arm nicely which turned out to be impossible. Looking back at previous review (which I should have done in the first place) I see people saying it even sags with their monitors at 9kg so I doubt it works for anything past 8kg.Absolute joke that they can get away with advertising this the way they do when they clearly don't test monitors to get an idea of what weight it will actually support. I'm the one who has to waste my time setting this up to find out it doesn't work and then go on to return it when the company will just continue to falsely advertise this arm as supporting 12kg of weight when it clearly doesn't.

Although it is very sturdy and reasonably easy to install, it won't hold my 10kg ultra wide monitor very well, the tilt just drops and is unusable.I am only sharing this review as I have found a solution to fix this using a bolt and a couple of nuts (shown in picture)Now it holds fine and works as expected, shame there isn't some form of locking mechanism included.

I’ve just installed this for my 34” monitor and it’s really strong with the ability to position it any which way you want. The price point is great value for money. The instructions aren’t the best so there’s so initial guess work but once you start it becomes quite self explanatory. The cable management feature is really good and the usb point is pretty handy. I’ve given this 5 starts purely because for the price point you can’t really go wrong.

I bought these as they stated they supported monitors up to 35. I have a 34 inch monitor and it holds it in weight fine but the tilt is AWFUL, i have tightened it to the max and yet it still fails to hold my monitor up no matter how tight i screw the tilt mechanism.On the other hand I also have a 27 inch monitor. This works fine with this monitor, the tilt was still a pain to get right but it suitable for it’s purpose.Still annoyed about the tilt on my 34 inch, but it will have to do as I binned the box and some additional parts.Edit: seller reached out and offered refund for faulty product. Very happy with support received. Rating increased.

I used this product to mount a 32" LQ and a 34 Wide Screen Asus monitor. The larger one (right) weighs almost exactly 20 lbs. These are holding very nicely, and I can move the monitors around with relative ease. This was a good purchase. I gave 5 stars with reservations, though. Here's why:1. You have to cinch these down very tightly if you are using them on anything other than metal or very hard wood. Doing so WILL likely damage the surface underneath. For that reason, they really should come with or provide an option to include some sort of heavy-duty, metal plating to go on the top and the bottom of the mount surface. I bought some separately that include very thin layer of rubberized padding to further protect the mounting surface. Before that, the mount felt at times like it was going to fall over, and it did slightly scar the surface of a different wooden table top I used during a test assembly.Definitely pair this purchase with something to protect the surface unless your desk is made of granite or thick metal, etc. (I chose this one, and am happy with it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093F95VTC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details )2. Every part of this feels well-made except for one - the plastic cable management panel that snaps into place on the underside of one piece of the monitor arm. I lost track of how many times it popped out. My dog was covering here ears to avoid the profanity this little piece of nuisance caused to come out of my mouth. The rest of the monitor arm feels like a heavy-duty tool. This piece feels like a toy, and not a well-made toy at that. Still, it's purpose is primarily aesthetic, and there are ways around it (tape, augmenting with cable ties, mounting that part of the arm such that the plastic cover is on top. I thought maybe that's what the designers intended, but according to the drawing in the installation instructions, no, they envisioned it on the bottom like I have it here. Bad design but of a less-significant part.Lastly, this is finicky to adjust - to get all the moving parts to move relatively easily when you want them to, but hold steady when you don't. Watch the video, read the instructions, read some of the other explanations in people's reviews here, and you should be able to make it work well.
