Quality product that lives up to all claims
Did some research before purchasing this Mishimoto intake for my Jeep JLU. Claims of HP are proven by independently done dynos!I had no idea an intake could sound cool, but it does! When you get on the gas, you can hear and feel it. I would suggest this product to anyone looking for an intake that is noticeably better than stock!

So I ordered this part last week however I wanted to use my points though Amex to purchase it. I place the order and once I realized I could use my points, I canceled two minutes after I ordered with the plan of re-ordering it using my American Express card. I processed the cancellation request, a few hours went by I see no change in status. I tried to cancel again, and still the same. I tried one more time and then went to sleep. The next morning I again tried to cancel and this time it said my request was processed. I took screen shots of my attempts to cancel the day before just in case I needed proof of cancellation request since pictures are time stamped. A few hours went buy and I get an email saying the item has been shipped. I don’t know where or who dropped the ball. Either Amazon or the vendor, but I believe it’s reasonable if you cancel the ordered a few minutes after it has been submitted, it should be able to be cancelled. Installed on about 2 hours.O2 sensor in the intake Manifold was tricky to get it. Had big dents in the surrounding area. Probably was a returned product that was repackaged.

Great addition
Easy install and great online instructions. No difference in mileage but definite change in the growl when I push the gas pedal. Very pleased with my purchase.

Just installed and driven a few miles
PROS- No CEL so far- Really like the fitting for the Air Temp Sensor. Most aftermarket plastic induction tubes use just a hole and a grommet to hold that sensor in place.- Noticeable induction sound- Uses the lower half of the OEM airbox so instillation was pretty much; Unscrew/Unclamp, Lift Up Old Intake, Drop In New Intake, Screw/Clamp. Done in less than 15mins.- Last but not least, CARB E.O. #D-759-9. One of the few after market intakes that has this.CONS- The upper half of the airbox feels a little flimsy.
