Cheap but good
Compared to the one piece cuff monitor and the two wrist monitors I've had, this is fabulous. Readings are consistently right on. Getting a good consistent reading really reduces my anxiety and frustration. It's a real luxury that I didn't know I was missing.Even though this is inexpensive the cuff is first rate with a clear marking of where it should align on the arm.No bells and whistles in the monitor but it works great. I just transfer the readings to my Garmin so really no need for anything else. The Garmin software is light years beyond any other 'included' app that I've tried.

Very reliable and easy to use
I was found to have high blood pressure in 2020 and bought this easy to use item in March of that year. I have used it pretty consistently since then because I’m a little too OCD about taking my blood pressure (according to my doctor) but it has only recently started to slow down and appear to be just getting worn out. I think for something like this to last almost 4 years, especially for the price, you can’t go wrong. I decided to upgrade and bought two other types of digital monitors, which I did not like as well. Both were returned, and I replaced my first one of these with a second one. Still a fan!!

Not accurate
This unit consistently gauges my BP 15-30 points higher than it is. I've used this brand several times before and this unit is woefully inaccurate.

Nice basic blood pressure monitor
This monitor does not have the option to take 3 readings and average them as my prior Microlife (7 years old when it died) monitor had but this one was priced right and I don’t really need that feature. (When the old unit started acting up, I called the Microlife 800 number on the back of the unit, a real live English speaking tech support answered the phone in about a minute, spent 6-7 minutes to isolate the problem, and then gave me options to repair or replace. How often do you get that any more). A new cuff was $20, a new more basic unit was $25. I went with the new more basic unit because It had 3 year warranty.
