My husband is a professional artist. This roll was way cheaper than anything available on local art or craft stores. He is very happy with the purchase.

I religiously use the Centurion oil-primed panels, so I was happy to see they offered the same primed linen in rolls. First painting in and wow -- the quality is exactly what I expected (picture attached). Texture and consistency is great. A major step up from cheap, absorbent cotten canvas. This roll is ready to use for oil painting with no further treatment. Shame there aren't more reviews -- this is a great product!

No! It was advertised as medium weave oil primed. It was fine weave and the primer was so plastic-y that the oil paint slipped off, I hated it. AND unfortunately my first use was out in the backcountry so I did not have time or resources to return it. I ended up setting it aside-thankfully took some Arches Huile with me, so I used that. I have no idea what to do with this stuff now, I had taken the time to ur a bunch of it to size before my trip.
