Bought this lead for my 11kg 6 month puppy. Only last 2 weeks before the cord snapped. She doesn’t pull on the lead so assume this was a quality issue. Returned to amazon

Our previous retractable dog leash started fraying and jamming after about 6 months of use. We needed a new one so I did some research and found this to be a reputable high quality brand. Have used the leash for a few days now and it seems to be performing better than our old leash. It does not jam at all, it retracts much quicker, and is tangle free. The size of the handle is perfect and fits snuggly in my hand. We will see how it holds out overtime, but so far so good! I highly recommend this leash!

I have been using Flexi Retractable Leashes for over 10 years. I own 3, two 26’ lengths and one 16’ length. All function perfectly after long, continued use. One of the most notable things I have found I like best is the smoothness of retractable function. It smoothly extends with next to no pulling needed for my dog. Yes there are cheaper retractable leashes on the market but most of the time I find you get what you pay for. There s always a reason you can buy something cheaper and you may well find that out after you pay your money. Take my word for it, you will never regret buying the Flexi brand of retractable leashes.
