Sound Quality is 💯 battery life better than great I use 5-6 hrs every day and charge once a week. Price is more than reasonable for what you get. I definitely recommend 👌💯

I ordered cuz I lost me apple AirPods and didn’t want to pay 200 bucks again for another pair ! So i saw these and figured JBL is a great brand overall and I’d give them a try for the price . They showed up next in a few days and worked great at first . After a few days of using my ears did start to hurt from the size of them ? I’m a big guy and have pretty big ears 🤣 so never had that problem with my apple ones and these truly don’t look any bigger just shaped a little different ? They don’t have a taking function to tell you if they’re connected or not . They play what seems to be a guitar noise ? Granted they are refurbished model the right earbud doesn’t last as long as the left I’m thinking I only get at the most two hours out of them and I don’t listen to music through them I listen to talk radio which with my Apple I could listen to eight hours on and not have a problem. Never had to recharge my apples on talk radio for a day at work ! These work for 2 hrs at the most if I’m lucky ? They also don’t tell you if they’re low they just make some funky noise again and you truly don’t know what the noise is telling you does it mean that it’s a low because sometimes it’ll make the noise in the things will work for another hour it does have a button that you can push on the side to pause the radio I haven’t used it for music so I don’t know if that button changes to the next song or what or if the button even picks up the phone I don’t think they really work as a noise canceling function ? But considering I paid $39 form the sound quality is awesome compared to the $29 $39 generic pair that you’re going to find because they are JBL so overall I’m OK with the purchase I’m not thrilled but I’m OK with it !

I prefer the type of buds that sit in your ear without the rubber and these work a good distance away from my phone as well so I use them at work and when lifting.

They are of very poor quality, and they did not give us a guarantee of the item. we will never buy again.

Para su costo , el sonido no es de muy buena calidad , casi no tienen bajos ni brillo a pesar de que el material es muy bueno y resistente .los vendedores son muy amable y te dan una repuesta concreta de inmediato , ellos tienen de mejor calidad en el sonido a la venta .

Customer service was able to fix the return issue after some time. I have bought this item twice. One for me and one for my wife. The first time I had to return due to them just stop working. The 2nd time, the clarity just went and ppl couldn’t hear me. Also, only the left one was working for Mic. When connecting both, ppl couldn’t hear me. The first set was easy on return and replacement. This 2nd return, not so easy. They are supposed to replace the broken ones once I sent them in. Well I sent them in weeks ago and still no new head phones. For the price, I don’t know. They raised it, and I feel they should be back at $50 or $40. The battery does charge fast and lasts a while. The case is pretty durable too, but none of that matters if the headphones don’t keep working properly.They also tend make your ear itch a little sometimes. It’s the design I think. There is like a little lip in the head phones that I think causes this.
