Two elderly women put this together. The tub holds more than it appears, but with the motor & the metal bucket it is heavier than the heavy plastic one it replaced. There is a learning curve with its operation, but not difficult. We're finding more ways to use it. It certainly helped to move approximately 70 loads of wood chips down 3 hills (and consequently back up hill to reload). It is an expensive product, but it saved wear & tear on my body. It would work more efficiently for someone taller than 5'7. I am considering adding 180 degree turning wheels on the support brackets to lessen the load on my arms.

I have been using this wheelbarrow for two years now. When I first received it, the electronic drive controller was not working. I called the company and they shipped me out a replacement right away. Since that time, it has functioned flawlessly. I use it in my wooded areas to help move wood that is cut up from downed trees along with moving other heavy objects, etc. Sine Helene hit in western NC, the unit has been used a lot. It has been a game changer for me. Being older, moving heavy loads in a traditional wheelbarrow has been proving much more taxing on me. Having the SuperHandy wheelbarrow has made all that much more easy. It drives heavy loads across wooded land with ease. I have had no problems with the tires. No punctures. Plenty of traction. The battery life is great. I can go hours on just one battery charge even though I have two of them. The gearing is just right. It starts off slow so you can maintain control as you start out then speeds up to your desired pace. The reverse feature is very helpful. It has plenty of torque and pulls up pretty steep inclines with ease. All in all, highly recommended!

I love this thing! I have used it to haul heavy loads of wood and stone up my sloping back yard with almost no effort. The battery lasts longer than I do

This is new, so longevity is yet to be determined. It's more heavy duty than I expected. I moved one cord of firewood, 20 very large full loads, up a hill, with no problem and no loss of power, and still had one green battery light lit. When the wheelbarrow is loaded properly and full, once you lift on the handles the weight became neutral. I didn't have to lift any of the weight, unlike with a regular wheelbarrow. I am very pleased so far.I do have two complaints. Firstly the instruction manual states that it should come with a 177.6 watt hour battery, instead it came with a 88.8 watt hour battery. I purchased it on May 20 and was assured several times that it had shipped, when in fact it didn't ship till June 9. I finally received it on June 15. The company was very accommodating throughout the process, but if I had just been told the truth about the delay, it would have avoided a lot of the stress. I will say that all of my questions were answered quickly and politely. I would order from this company again. The battery and shipping issues were the only issues that kept me from rating it 5 stars.

Takes a bit to Learn controls. But the projects that it will enable.....up and down hill with rock or mulch will be saving my 65 year old body

Box was totally beat up and dumped at our gate. After opening and starting to assemble discovered pieces missing and damaged. Box had obviously been damaged and taped back together ! Disappointing!!

First off I was really impressed by how well this item was packaged for shipping. Packaged like a piece of expensive electronic gear. It was quick and easy to assemble. The wheelbarrow itself works quite well and will haul a big load up pretty steep incline like a ramp up into a pickup. The included battery lasts quite a while as well. I also bought a 2nd battery and there's a place for it in the battery box with a selector switch so you don't get stuck in the yard with a dead battery.

This is a great wheelbarrow. It hauls heavy loads that I could not do without it. The controller went bad and I have to order one. The problem is that I cannot get parts. They do not return my calls or emails. Does anyone know where I can get a 48V controller that will work.
