This printer ink, and the printer, have always been very good! I don’t buy anything but the product manufactured by the actual printer company. I have had no problems with that. It’s worth the money to me.

Bad ink cartridge
This order started with a single black ink cartridge order that didn't work. Unfortunately, I ordered it directly from Epson, which is impossible to get support. I then ordered the 5 pack through Amazon and the black ink works fine. I finally found out how to contact Epson, talked to a guy who I could hardly understand and he told me that since my printer was older I had to send it in for repairs and pay for it. The printer works fine. Only the ink cartridge they sent did not work. Order from Amazon. At least you can get a refund for a bad product. I will never order another Epson printer.
