Mung Beans has particles from other food and has bug pieces - I want to return but I can't
Mung Beans has particles from other food and has bug pieces - I want to return but I can't because of their return policy. Please I want to return this and the other item I bought. I have not opened the other one which is the Yellow Lentils. I have opened this Mung beans and I am not happy with it. It has other darker pieces from somewhere else that are NOT Mung Beans! It also has pieces of bugs! Let me return these 2 items and get a full refund. Customer service is poor.

Great Taste
These lentils taste great and cook really well. In terms of product quality, this gets 5 stars. The only reason I'm providing 4 is because when I ordered the larger 5 pound bag versus their small container, the bag inside was completely torn and half of my lentils spilled into the shipment bag. I contacted the seller about this and was provided a refund which was great and helpful on their end. If you were to want the smaller batch that comes in a container, I would 100% go for it, but their larger bags left me a little bummed cause I lost product in general when I opened the package. Lots just fell out before I could see that the bag was torn.
