Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter along with other gems and it is a small piece but good enough for a child. I bought this same 2 lb one for myself from the same company and I cannot live without it, I highly recommend it!

You get what you pay for, and I'm not saying that negatively. It's small but for what I paid for it, I'm happy. It's not as vibrant as advertised but it is pretty nonetheless.

My daughter collects these little gems. She has all different kinds. They are also so very different than the picture online and that right there is the VERY BEST PART. You just never know what you are going to get. Couple years ago we found some neat rocks. Went out brought this rock polisher and it took forever plus a total waste of money

The rock itself is acceptabley nice but smaller than I expected and the photos are enhanced. Colors not as nice as pics but atill ok. I buy for the grandkids to "find".

I had ordered some amethyst several months ago and it was ugly, didn’t even look like real amethyst.

The amethyst I selected was supposed to be in the 1.3”- 2.3” and mine fell in that range. The stone itself is better than I expected and has a deep purple hue which I like most about it. Would purchase again.
