Q: What are the exact dimensions of the bottle when portable to be in bag?

OK, this first part is probably really obvious, but you can't travel with this bottle with water. When the nozzle is collapsed, like in the picture, the bottle can't seal. Here go the measurements - approx. 8-3/4 inches from where the tallest part of the nozzle sticks out to the bottom, flat width across the largest part of the bottle is 3 inches at the nozzle it's about 2-3/4 inches (the nozzle sits off center and if you need circumference at the largest part it's just over 8 inches. Hope this is what you needed.

Q: Does this one have a metal grommet in the bottom of the bottle? The last one did to let in air. It rusted and the metal would fleck off inside
