Does what it says
Very easy to use, just follow the instructions on it. It does what it says. I made a lot of cheeses with these drops and if you follow the instructions and use the correct quantity, the cheese won't turn out bitter.

This rennet is good. It work with 3% milk from the market.The dose in not match with prospect, but after to many attempts, for 6 l of milk and 2 yogurt with bacteria cheese I used 1 spoon of rennet
