Fits perfectly in my makita RTO 701 cx7-1 1/2 HP router kit which did NOT include a guide bushing adapter. Be sure to install it right side up, you'll now what I mean when you install it.By the way, Makita sells an exact adaptor in a different color for 2x the price!Thank you Shop Fox!!!

Not perfect but it mostly works
The insert fits well and is centered on the chuck. The only issue is the plate seems to be a few thousands too thick and stands proud of the base. I cleaned out the socket to make sure that was not the problem. I fix this by just double tapping a sheet of card stock to the bottom plate. If I used this a lot I would file down the insert.

Doesn't fit Freud 1700 router
Does NOT fit the Freud 1700 model router. It's too small and can't be secured in the seat for it. It seems well made though and Freud 1700 isn't listed as a product that it fits, so I'm rating it 5 stars. I bought it on hope. Just leaving this review in case anyone else is in my position.
