Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G N981 Verizon, Mystic Gray 128 GB (Renewed)

I've been using the phone for almost a week now, and other than the growing pains of a new phone I have no complaints. I came over from a Note 8 and have had no issues getting used to this note 20.Facial Recognition is super fast and works every time. Finger print reader worked really well until I added a screen protector. a Thinner screen protector might help, but with screen protector you have to push really hard to get a fingerprint registered or to use it to open the phone, but it does work if needed.My, phone was advertised as a Verizon phone, but appeared to be an unlocked T-Mobile when I looked up the IMEI. Hopefully this will last me at least four years like my Note 8 did.

Showed up in mint condition and has had 0 issues. Bought it for my son and he loves it. It has super fast charging. The do NOT send a charger capable of this so you will need to buy a 20W charger to use this feature. Doesn't support SD card but the 128GB internal is decent. Overall great phone. It is a shame that Samsung will not be updating to the latest version of android.

The phone looks very good, and the aspect is pretty amazing until it shows T-Mobile Logo while opening. I know y'all are saying it's normal to have a network lock. In the description, it says locked. IT WASN'T SUPPOSE TO BE T-MOBILE!!! I buy a Verizon Note 20 5G and receive a Note 20 5G from T-Mobile.I contacted T-Mobile, but they don't want to help me, they said go to find your third-party seller to help you.

Phones work great for me and my husband. Both were verizon phones as advertised. They did have some sort of residue on them that was rather difficult to clean off that's the only reason for 4 stars but we got them clean and everything else is perfect so far! I've had a note 5 and note 8 and love this phone.

Was for my wife's phone she love's it

This was the 3rd phone I bought in 3 weeks. I had to return the other 2 because one didnt work and the other was the wrong kind of phone for me. THIS phone is AWESOME! SO easy to set up, and exactly what I need.

Low price for a Note 20 5G. I think it was returned because the s-pen didn't work; the s-pen didn't work because the tip was missing. I had extra tips from my old note 8. Also, a Motorola charger was sent with it; not a Samsung charger (no big deal). But no extra tips for the s-pen were included.
