I added this to my kimchi recipe. It was just what I needed. A little spicy, but still mild.A decent value for the money.

I made cucumber kimchi using this spice. The cucumbers themselves are not too spicy, but the juice is! I will buy again and make other types of kimchi!!

Not Amazons fault. I should have known better since it didn't show the actual list of ingredients. If your looking for something that doesn't have MSG, Carmel color, palm oil, corn syrup or a lot of other un healthy preservatives or ingredients this is definitely not for you. If your trying to make Kimchi as a prebiotic healthy gut food, do not buy this product. Only out 8$, valuable lesson. Never buy food stuff/seasonings without being able to read the actual full list of ingredients. Especially since can't return it.

I like salad and eat it everyday with my meal. I also got sick of greasy and salty salad dressings. Now I found my favorite dressing with Kimchi powder. Just sprinkle on the salad and add some lemon juice and olive oil. It is quick and easy but yummy and healthy. I love this Kimchi powder!!!

Not what I expected. Don’t know if I will use it to make kimchi. Small amount. Maybe 4 teaspoons.
