Brother TN-247BK Toner Cartridge, Black, Single Pack, High Yield, Includes 1 x Toner Cartridge, Genuine Supplies

Ich nutze schon mindetens 15 Jahre verschiedene Laserdrucker von Brother. Nachdem ich anfangs immer den orignalen Toner von Brother verwendet habe, bin ich irgendwann auch auf Rebuild-Toner umgestiegen und bin recht gut damit gefahren. Ja, es gab auch beim Rebuild-Toner mal Ausfälle durch undichte Kartuschen, die dann vom Händler oder Hersteller des Toners klaglos getaucht wurden. Jetzt bei meinem neuen MFC-L3770 CDW, da noch Garantie auf dem Gerät ist, wollte ich dem originalen Toner von Brother eine Chance geben, zumindest das erste Mal, nachdem die Werkskartuschen leer sind. Die schwarze Kartusche war nun als erste leer und ich habe hier bei Amazon den Ersatz geordert, der promt geliefert wurde. Eingesetzt und gedruckt, nach einigen Drucken fingen die schwarzen Streifen auf dem Papier an. Ist ja kein Problem, dachte ich, Brother gibt ja Garantie auf Gerät und Verbrauchsmaterial, also die Hotline angerufen und erklärt. Nachdem man mir natürlich genau beschrieben hat, welche Reinigungen am Gerät durchzuführen sind , man einen Fehlerausdruck und das komplette Verbrauchsmenü und alle Seriennummern von Tonern und Kartuschen per Mail zu Brother senden durfte, bekam man eine Rückantwort, dass es am Toner liegt und man den Toner sehr gern zur Prüfung zu Brother einsenden darf. Natürlich muss der Kunde das Porto dafür übernehmen und erhält dieses auch nicht zurück, selbst wenn die Prüfung ergibt, dass der Toner tatsächlich defekt ist! Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass der Toner defekt ist, weil ich kurzerhand eine Rebuild-Kartsuche zu Testzwecken eingesetzt habe, die sofort einwandfreie Ausdrucke produzierte. Habe jetzt die defekte Kartusche bei Amazon umgetauscht, natürlich kostenfrei! DANK an AMAZON!Brother dürfte sich dann mal ein Beipsiel daran nehmen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht.Es ist auch nicht das erste Mal, dass ich mit den originalen Kartuschen von Brother Probleme habe, also was genau ist denn jetzt bei den originalen Kartuschen von Brother besser als bei Rebuild-Toner, außer das der Preis deutlich höher ist?

I rang Brother Customer services to inform them this toner cartridge I bought doesn't work. It is brand new, cost £43+ and I checked it was a genuine brother product for a printer DCP L3550CDWThere is nothing on Amazon to say this cartridge won't work. When I read out the serial number to Brother they told me this was a starter pack toner not designed for this printer (despite the fact it slotted in easily!)Brother tell me this cartridge is over 2 years old. It is old, not fit for this machine and yet it is sold and marketed as such. By all means - buy it if you want to throw your money down the toilet.

I bought this high yield cartridge thinking it would save me money in the long run. However, since using it my prints all come out dirty with black marks all over the paper and are a total mess. I have cleaned the drum numerous times but the marks just get worse and worse. It's extremely annoying as the toner still has plenty of life left but I'm going to have to change it to get a decent print. I will revert back to the standard yield cartridge and hope it works better.

When looking at original toner, this high yield cartridge represents excellent value: at time of writing less than twice the price for three times the yield of a standard cartridge. Print quality is consistently high, and a new cartridge is immediately recognised. Expensive compared to compatible offerings. However, these cartridges are chipped and it can be quite hard to get a printer that's looking for an original chip to acknowledge a different cartridge: a process that often requires multiple precisely-timed button presses and a somewhat fiddly reset process. I'm happy that this represents a good saving Vs the TN243 size, is easy to install, and gives high quality results

I have a Brother DCP L3550 at home for the last year and a half, changed cartridges 2 times (standard capacity) and had no issues before. Bought this higher capacity tonner a month ago and it must be leaking inside the printer since the printing is all dirty. TRied to clean the fuser with no success. Very disappointed.
