Q: I have 10 deep sea rods, would it be able to hold them all?

Would be able to handle all of the rods, but might not be room for the reels!

Q: Could this be mounted in garage with stone walls?

It could be, but you would need to use some sort of anchors in the stone/mortar. I would suggest mounting a piece of wood to the stone and then mount the rod holder to the board. This would ensure that you don't warp the holder on the stones if they are uneven.

Q: How far apart are the hole for the screws?

It’s only 17” long, so 3 screws total. One on each end about 3/4” in from the ends and 1 in the middle.

Q: Would the soft material hold up in an outside shed, which is not insulated and gets freezing temperatures for months?

In my observation I believe it will hold up in a shed as I've had other items with the same material.
