well made holster! and very flexible carry angles too!
Was going to return this as soon as I got it but I wont because with an actual gun belt, this works well, nice and snug! I first tried it with a cheapo leather belt and it was floppy and almost sent it back,, but now it holds my Beretta fs 92 nice and snug and is well built, its a keeper!! The lock on it works well enough and it feels rock solid,, nice work folks!!

Good holsters
I like these holsters, good retention, quick on the draw, and conceal well. My 5th purchase.

My holster
I’ve used these and they perform good. It’s not a full duty holster, meaning it’s light and simple and lacks the protection of some others. But for cqc this is the way to go. Retention is adjustable and if your like allot people and have the skills and tools, these holsters are modifiable because of the material they are made of. Retention is solid, release is quick, and motion to retrieve weapon is quick. You will need a good “ belt “ thought for this holster as the attach point is rather small compared to there. Still a good holster at a good price

Great fit.
For m9 have used this several times. It hold the gun very well. Feels solid enough. Haven't seen any wear on it or the m9.

The Perfect Holster?
This is an excellent, versatile holster. It's safe enough that you can feel confident carrying your gun with with the hammer cocked (if you have the need) and it's incredibly easy to draw. One important note (especially if you carry this on a chest rig!): don't "hook" your finger into the release lever as you draw. Learn to do it gracefully and slide your finger across it so that you don't pull the trigger right after you draw the gun. I would also recommend a good, strong belt (like 5.11 makes) if you're carrying this for long distances so that you can keep it sturdily close to your body. The weight of the Beretta 92/96's can make for some bruising on your hip if it's bouncing around.

It holds my pistol perfectly.
It has lots of options to customize. Fits my pistol perfectly and holds it tight.

Love these holsters
I own 7 of these holsters for different guns… I only trust these holsters to hold my guns while on horseback or on an ATV.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT
This is not my first Blackhawk Serpa holster. I have one for my Sig Sauer pistol and that holster is five stars. This M9 holster is such a disappointment. My pistol rattles around in the holster, front to rear, side to side, and even up and down vertically. Its as if I just stuck my pistol into a piece of PVC pipe. This holster even failed the retention test. I am able to pull up on the pistol with constant force and activate the SERPA finger tray, and remove the pistol. I called Blackhawk's 800 number but the Company decided to enjoy a very long Holiday weekend. Happy 4th of July! The answering service said that someone would call me on Monday July 7th to answer my concerns. I own a good number of their products and I am hoping that Blackhawk will make things right.Update Aug. 1, 2014BLACKHAWK called me July 7th and customer service had me check the back of the holster to verify that I had the correct holster for my pistol. Yes, it was the correct holster. I was given a RMA number for Warranty Replacement of the defective holster but I would have to pay for shipping. I decided to contact Gear 4 Less, AKA Night Galaxy, Inc. to see if they would replace the holster and pay for return shipping. I received this message on July 7th from Gear 4 Less/Night Galaxy, Inc. :As per your request we are providing you with RMA # for your return. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging and brand new condition to:xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xx xxxxxPlease write the RMA number on the outside of the package: NG-xxxxxxInsert the original paperwork that came with the shipment for faster processing of your return. We strongly suggest that you use the delivery service that allows you to send the package with the tracking number. Please return the item(s) to us within 10 days from the date of the delivery to you.Insure that the merchandise is in NEW (unopened, unused, untested and resalable) condition, otherwise it will be returned back to you.Sincerely,Customer Support Team------------- End message -------------How was I supposed to return this defective holster to Gear 4 Less/Night Galaxy, Inc.? I had opened the product package, assembled (used) the holster, tested the fit for my pistol, and the product was not resalable because BLACKHAWK had said that the holster was defective. I did not want the very same defective holster returned to me, or have Gear 4 Less/ Night Galaxy, Inc. dump it on the next customer. I decided that returning the holster to BLACKHAWK was the best option.BLACKHAWK received the holster on July 14th and the replacement holster arrived at my door on July 25th. There were no questions, problems or grief of any kind from BLACKHAWK, just do the right thing. Five Stars to BLACKHAWK! The rating of One Star still applies to Gear 4 Less/Night Galaxy, Inc. for their poor return policy, and I will not purchase anything from them in the future.
