Great product, bread will come out with perfect crust and no undercooked issues. Also the lid is so good when u want your loaf to be flat all around with perfect crust.

Great bread pan
I purchased before similar nonstick pan from different company, and after few uses nonstick cover came off and stick to my bread as metallic crust cover. But this one is lot better high quality pan. I made in it my best sandwich bread ever. Highly recommend this pan if you bake bread regularly.

Great Bread Pan
This pan with the lid fits the bill for baking the perfect sandwich bread. Since this pan is 13” long, it bakes enough bread to use half the loaf and freeze the other half (single person). I love the uniformed size and is great for making sandwiches. It also makes it much easier to fit in my bread slicer. The pan is very durable, and is easy to clean because the bread doesn’t stick to it—slides right out of the pan.

Non stick!
Very nice pan. The construction and materials are sturdy and feel heavy duty for lack of a better way to describe it. This isn't a flimsy pan at all. I'm a first-time bread baker, and I've only used the pan 5 times, but each time my bread has come out great...literally and taste-wise. I've used a recipe for pain de mie from my favorite YouTube chef, Chef Jean-Pierre, and his recipe fits this (small) pan perfectly (and it is simple to make).The pan is truly non-stick, or I should say, so far it is quite non-stick. I do liberally grease the pan before use as the instructions (and the chef) say (I use clarified butter/ghee).The instructions say not to use sprays like Pam, etc. and to wash it with mild soap only. It has been very easy to clean. Some bits of dough may get stuck in the crevasses, but they're easy to get out by soaking the pan for just a bit in warm water; I've used a soft toothbrush twice to get the stubborn bits out, but it's easy to do.I've had no issues with the top fitting properly. It comes off fairly easy (quite easy if the bread isn't oozing out on the edges).I think it is key to care for the pan as instructed (mild soap, no non-stick sprays). I plan to get another small pan soon...maybe I'll try the larger one as well. I'm happy with this purchase.

Excellent quality pan, makes beautiful square bread!
This is my second product from USA pans (I have a baguette pan which is fantastic). I loved the idea of making square sandwich bread. I ordered the 9x4x4 size.The pan is excellent quality. The lid slides on and off easily, both before and after the bread is baked. Due to the recipe I tried, I ended up having a little bit of dough leak out during baking (you can tell in the photo of the loaf), but I just put a baking sheet underneath to catch any extra dough and things turned out fine.I'll likely try out a few different recipes to see what works best for me, but so far the pan is a winner. The bread is beautiful and easy to slice.Of note: the recipe I used said to lightly butter the pan, which I did, however I don't think this is completely necessary.Looking forward to baking more bread in my new pan!
