Amazing Wrestling Dummy
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Un-Filled Wrestling Dummy for Jiu Jitsu, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it! It’s a solid, affordable option if you're looking for something to practice your grappling or submissions at home without spending a fortune on a fully-filled dummy.Pros:Great Customization: Since the dummy comes unfilled, you can choose your preferred filling material based on weight, firmness, and durability. This is a huge plus because you get to adjust it to your exact needs. I used old clothes to fill mine, and it worked just fine.Versatility: The dummy is suitable for multiple disciplines—Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, MMA, Judo, Karate, and even tackling practice for kids. My kids enjoy practicing their takedowns with it, and I’ve found it useful for practicing submissions and transitions.Durability: The material feels tough and resistant to wear, which is great for high-intensity training. The stitching is strong, and I haven’t had any issues with it ripping or tearing, even after several sessions.Perfect Size: The dummy is a good size for both adults and kids, which makes it a great all-rounder if you have multiple people training.Cons:Time-Consuming to Fill: One downside is the time it takes to fill the dummy properly. You have to find the right balance of materials to make it firm enough for realistic training, which can be a bit of a hassle. Can Be Heavy: Once filled, the dummy can get quite heavy, so it’s a bit tricky to move around unless you’re strong enough to handle it. This is something to keep in mind, especially for younger practitioners. No Instructions for Filling: It didn’t come with any guidance on what to use for filling (other than suggesting clothes), so I had to figure that part out on my own. Some instructions or tips would have been helpful. Conclusion:Overall, this is a solid grappling dummy that delivers great value for the price. It’s especially useful if you’re looking for something that can be adjusted to your training needs. Just be prepared to spend some time filling it, and you’ll have a reliable training partner for home practice!

Perfect for a kid with lots of energy
This is really strong quality! My five-year-old is obsessed with wrestling his sister so this was the gift that she gave him for Christmas to do that instead of doing it with her! HahaStuffing it with memory foam was making it really heavy, so we added packing peanuts and that made it a little more lightweight for his age! The size is definitely for like a grown adult, but my son with less weight was able to do it fine! It's nice that it comes Unpacked so you can change the weight based on the age .

Good but takes work to stuff
This dummy is working well and I am enjoying drilling with it, but stuffing it was difficult and requires maintenance. I originally built a pvc skeleton and stuffed around that but soon realized the skeleton was not useful and made certain moves unnatural. I ended up removing the pvc. When I purchased this, I also purchased a used heavy bag from a thrift store and used the stuffing from the bag in the dummy. It required some jiujitsu skills to stuff the stuffing at different angles using a broom handle to shove it deep and compact it. Shoulder joints tend to lose stuffing to other places so it's not perfect. Will need to add more over time. Still a good training tool.

Great for the price!
Filled it with towels, pool noodles, and pillows. Perfect for my son who usually has a wrestling match on his bed with his pillows! It's durable and a great price.

It is what u pay for
If purely trying to use it for an on the feet wrestling dummy it is very hard to keep upright on the side of you. Legs are long and taper real narrow for lack of stability in the legs when holding upright.. Filled it with the filling from a old boxing heavy bag so is firm enough and decently heavy .. it wasn't the worst stuffing it but took alot of strength and effort to get it compressed down each arm and leg..

Ripped Before Use
It ripped on the sleeve while I was filling it with shredded cloth. Never even got to use it. Don’t waste your money.
