Kinda bitter, use with sweet juice
This was okay but did nothing for my system. When you add to hot tea you really have to stir to get the powder desolved. I don't know how well it would work in cold drinks.

So far, so good
This is combo with powdered seamoss has kept things moving along, if you get what I mean. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't dissolve all the way in my coffee. I wish there was a bigger bag to make it more cost efficient. But overall a good product. I'm satisfied with it.
