These are perfect for what I wanted. I needed something that was motivating for both senior high and elementary students in my computer classes. It has worked brilliantly. My senior high kids love wearing them around school. My 1st and 2nd graders have worked harder than I have ever seen to try to earn a medal in keyboarding class. Yes, it is cheap plastic and has little intrinsic value, but it motivates my students.

These are simple little reward medals for select "great kids" at my studio.Yes, they are plastic. Yes, the ribbons are somewhat wrinkled when they first arrive. Yes, they are so much fun to create a spontaneous and unsolicited mini awards ceremony for outstanding attitudes and behavior.Who doesn't like having a special acknowledgement and appreciation. It doesn't matter that they are not indestructible or even made of real metal. One case where "it's the thought that counts".

These medals were cheaply made and a few were starting to fall apart but it was exactly what I was looking for and good for the price. Can easily be spray painted which will hide any imperfections, and allow you to give out gold, silver, bronze, green, blue, whatever colors you want! For this reason I was glad both sides said "WINNER" and not WINNER/1 as the picture shows.

Looks like a toy! These were ordered for our church's fun day. The price was great! Excellent as an award for elementary school aged children. The children are happy with them for their competitions, but the adults discount them because of the toy-like construction of the medallion. The crumpled appearance that resulted from being shipped all wadded up in a plastic bag does not help. Better allow time to quickly and lightly iron the ribbons.

These are neat little medals. The length of the ribbon is appropriate for adults (I use these with high school kids). There are slight color variations from one medal to the next, but nothing that is terribly drastic. Some of the edges are not fully smooth, but again for the price and quality that's to be expected. As long as your expectations are in check this is a great little item.

Such a great deal for these! I am a teacher and I bought this set for myself and my two teaching partners to share. We choose a student of the week to celebrate (each child gets a week during the school year), and the kids really look forward to getting their medal "just because." This was a small price to pay to give such happiness to our students.

These are cheap, made in china, gold painted plastic medals exactly as expected. I am very happy with the purchase. The price was great and the delivery was fast.I wanted a TON of medals but didn't want to pay $3 a piece or more for heavy gold painted metal ones. These came in at just under 20 cents a piece and suit my needs perfectly.My only complaint is that they came kind of tangled up in a bunch which is slightly annoying but I am glad they weren't individually wrapped in plastic. Also, keep in mind these say WINNER on both sides (as described), one side is not #1 as you might gather from the picture.

Ribbons had to be ironed due to packing method, EZ ! Ribbon length was OK for adult & child. Good for game awards etc. Quality not good enough for "formal" award. We gave all participants one and 1st, 2nd & 3rd place received a ribbon. 72 PC's for $ 13.50 incld shipping !!!! Great deal.
