GORE WEARGOREWEAR C5 Opti Bib Shorts+

Given as a Christmas gift. The person was very pleased with the fit and material.

After 3 years of cycling I realise bibshorts are the most important product after the bike you ride. I have moved to Assos and will not buy any other make going forward. You get what you pay for and although I like Gore Ts and Jackets their bibshorts are nowhere near as comfortable as Assos.

I'm always concerned ordering bibs without seeing them. I'm 188cm (6 foot 2) and skinny at 73kg or so, and have found other brands are too tight around the shoulders. I ordered Large and find them perfect after my first ride. Time will tell how they wear, but sizing is great.
