I'm sure you folks don't know this but how do you know the probiotics is working.? your poop won't smell that's how and you can pass gas and it won't smell either, that's how you know and noone ever mentions this

Years ago I read that probiotics can help with better digestion and is good to have on hand if you're on a vegan or vegetarian diet. I can't recall why I bought these originally but I'm glad that I did. Every time I take these I get really good mental clarity and uplifted mood. The difference is very noticeable so I like to make sure I always have these on hand. This is a really great product. Very happy that I bought them.
