I ordered these and they came two days later super fast shipping and it was very fresh I got the 5 pound bag and when I opened it it tasted very good and tasted pretty fresh I plan on roasting some and freezing some I noticed when you freeze it and you eat it right out of the freezer it has a nice buttery taste, very creamy and buttery just a really good taste. highly recommend!!! I bought from these guys before and it was always good and they lasted a long time, especially if you keep it in the freezer! The price was exceptionally good for 5 pounds +5% off coupon so that made it affordable and free shipping so what's not to love, right!? I plan on making chocolate covered cashews for a depressed friend, because I read that cashews have a natural chemical in them that help with a low mood or mild depression. I can't attestto this myself, but it did help a family member, so I'm willing to try it for a friend. I figure you can't go wrong with chocolate & cashews. both mood elevators. I'm no doctor, but I know she'll at least eat them. Worth a try at least.

I could eat the whole bag, these were excellent quality, fresh and easy to store with the resealable bag. Great for snacks, in cooking and blended to make vegan desserts. I’ll be buying again!

My family is plant based, so we go through A LOT of cashews in our house for making homemade cashew milk, cashew coffee creamer, plant based cheese pasta dishes, dips, creams, etc! These are a great deal and I've been happy with them so far. I did think they were organic at first, but it appears they are not unfortunately. I usually stick the whole bag in the freezer when they arrive to keep them fresh and use them as needed. I would recommend this brand as I they seem to be good quality and they do taste great!

Quick & fresh ...Local health store has been "out" for 2 months - this delivery was 2-3 days, the product was in a sealable storage pack, & the cashews were/are fabulous ...

These were so soft they wouldn't even roast well. I used within a day of receiving and the use by date is 11 months out. I have both OTHER brands off Amazon for a roasted cashew recipe before and they were fine. This brand was a total waste of money and also left me without the main ingredient for a party dish. Not only do they not have enough flavor to serve, I am afraid of making people sick. Because of this purchase I probably won't be purchasing similar items from Amazon. I'd rather save all the time and just throw the money out the window! Very, very disappointed.
