Q: Looking to use these for Nachos, Any have any comments/suggestions?

They are perfect for nachos. Hold up well to liquids.

Q: what is the dimensions of the bottom and the top of the medium tray?

The dimensions on the bottom is 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches and the top is 5x6 1/2 inches. I thought they were bigger from looking at the picture. I was disappointed that they were so small when I got them. I bought them for a nacho bar and they were too small for that unless you want appetizer size nachos, so I had to get bigger ones from a restaurant supply place because these were too small and I wanted brown. My dimensions are way off of the other person who answered this so Im not sure what you're going to do. Maybe you could contact the manufacturer.

Q: Would these be appropriate to hold fish and chips or would the grease stain right through?

A small order of fish and chips, yes. They have a slight wax coating which would help but a fish filet would overhang the edges and they are rigid but not as thick as I would like for an order of fish and chips.

Q: Do you think they are durable enought to use for chili?

Might be a little too light weight to use for chili. I would go with something a little more sturdier!
