Packaging not the same as shown
Love the candies, bit disappointed that it came in clear packaging though.

Terrible smell snd aftertase of an old cheap oil
Nothing like you remember! The candies taste old and have a cheap ingredients aftertaste. It's not a seller issue, probaly i just should add Krasniy October factory to do not buy list.The shipment was quick and proper, good packaging. I just want you to be aware that Krasniy October is no longer the USSR Krasniy October quality.

Not sure if these are safe for consumption
Purchased these as a gag gift for a friend who learned Russian. Apparently there is a notice on it that these candies may contain carcinogens. Waste of money unfortunately as I wouldn’t have bought these if I knew that. Honestly these legally shouldn’t be sold.

Delicious!
Sweet memories of my childhood came back with these candies and they taste as delicious as then. Maybe even better. I would describe the taste of filling as a chocolate souffle (or soft fudge?) with cream and fruit overtones.
