It's a bit overpriced and not the best but it is helpful.The soil based spores helps to calm down sibo symptoms.

Formula has changed with less strains
In the description is states 4 strains, but on the label it only has 3 strains, as Indicus has been replaced with manufactured anti-oxidants,, I get a lot of bloating from this product since the formula has changed to whatever they've added... Stick to Youth and Earthtrial and error I guess.

Rebranded from just thrive to cura
I have been looking for my just thrive capsules and realised the just thrive brand has rebranded as Cura. I wrote a long review previously about how I am sure these helped me- with a whole range of neurological/gut/heat problems. Well I am sure enough to fork out £40. Because of the price I don’t have them every day, but when i feel like I’m having probs they often help. I’d recommend to try and I hope they haven’t changed the formula.

Some of the contents was damaged as shown in the photo, this is especially disappointing giving it is a high range product with a hefty price tag.
