I recently purchased the Roxil Wood Filler for a home DIY project, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in every way!Firstly, the quality is truly premium. This filler is fully paintable, which means after it dried, I was able to paint it to perfectly match the surrounding wood—no weird patches or mismatches. It blended seamlessly into the natural grain once sanded, and you'd never know there was ever a scratch there in the first place.What impressed me the most is how easy it was to work with. The consistency is smooth and easy to mold, making even tricky repairs a breeze. Plus, the fact that it's vacuum packed ensures the product stays fresh and ready for use whenever you need it.The sanding was incredible too. This wood filler is a 2-component system consisting of a hardener and a filler. It sets slowly, leaving plenty of time to sand the smooth surface it produces. Pine is a great candidate for this colour since it blends in well and may be used to conceal screws, cracks, and other imperfections. Since filler does not take stains as well as wood does, it is recommended that you apply one or two coats of stain to the filler before proceeding to stain the wood. I was covering the screws in paint anyhow, so it worked out perfectly.It's pliable, so it won't separate from the wood when it contracts in the winter.

This is like other two part wood filler. Removing excess should be done immediately upon drying, whilst the filler is like hard cheese. It sets rock hard after a short while and it's hard to work then.I added a small amount of pigment to mine to get a good match and this worked great. It has great strength and integrity, much better than water based filler.

This really is an excellent filler, easy to use and with considerably less odour than some. It may sound like an odd priority but fillers like this can literally give you a headache - this is much less overpowering. It cures quickly and sands well. Really pleased that I changed brands and gave it a try...

I needed to effectively rebuild a chunk of missing wood from a door frame, thought it was going to be a replace job, so thought I’d try this first after seeing reviews. Worked a treat, dried very well, sanded well, I’ve used for a few different smaller things to now, I used a little at a time.A lot of people say about the amount in the tin, and when you see it it seems stupid and disappointing but I understand why because of the product and needing the air. I’ve used it on 3/4 different things and still have some left so if you use it well it will last, I didn’t find it expensive because it saved me buying a new frame.Be aware though, it does smell strong!And if you mix to much paste from the tube the faster it dries. So be cautious depending on what you’re using it for.

i tried filling a dent in a worktop mitre jig, where the router had caught it,,,, first attempt the spatula was pulling more off than was putting on, second attepmt had to overlap with a lot more than i wanted to, so hope the description lives up to its billing,,,and can be sanded when cured,,,,,,, but the big disappointment was where the package was left. bear in mind we were both at home accordiong to time delivered the parcel was left 2 doors down behind a wheelie bin and a pic of their house, (not our house)

Used this to repair a rotten sash window frame. It’s really good but beware: 1. It absolutely stinks! (Volatile compounds) and 2. It goes off very quickly. You have a maximum of about 10 mins before it‘s no longer workable. Make sure you have all windows open or ideally work outside.That being said, it cures very fast and you can sand to an amazing finish.

Nice smooth paste, two-part means you add hardener from the tube included, so you can add a little or alot depending if you want it to cure in minutes or a half hour.Adheres very well, holds shape in deep holes and smooths to very good finish.Hard and wood-like quality when cured, recommend.Colours: White is off-white, Wood is caramel coloured, both paint over easy.
