MAE KRUA Oyster Sauce, 4,5 l

So I was quite dubious to purchase because of there being few reviews or comments on it but it’s genuine product guys! Date on it is good for the amount, will last 6-12 months in fridge depending on your winter/summer settings. So tasty 30% oyster content and great price!I’ve tried it with most dishes (Chinese, Korean and Japanese dishes) that call for it, cooks well, not too runny, not too thick.. it’s legit! This is the true umami flavour, savoury, not the sweet one but still has a almost maple syrup flavour, tough to explain because it isn’t sweet but it’s almost like an unsweetened version of it (true oyster sauce flavour) and just as addictive lol(if you want it sweet, just add some honey to any sauce after cooking and stir it in or add sugar whilst cooking if you want that kind of sweetness to your dishes.)I’m so happy I took a chance on this, it’s honestly the best one Ive tried in 10 years and I normally prefer the sweeter ones but I hadn’t had a good, true oyster sauce before this so I didn’t know what I was missing! This is highest oyster content in any I’ve tried too. 😭😍✨
