This product has been great for detangling my hair and keeping it smooth when I spray it right after taking a shower. I've tried the coconut scent and the lotus scent now. The coconut scent was alright and I don't mind the lotus scent either! It does smell a bit like men's cologne and can be strong so I can understand why others might not enjoy it. I personally really like it! This is a hair product I will be sticking with for years to come.
