Pescatarian. Yes it matters
Half the recipes have fish in... so not really veggie!

Read the Cover
First of all, to all of those who are upset about it containing fish recipes as it says vegetarian. My answer is - read the cover, where it states it includes ‘easy pescatarian options. The book is not ‘half fish recipes’, it has 12. It only has 65 recipes so is quite a thin book. There are some great recipes in there, no book is perfect, but it’s well laid out, with section for Smoothies, Soups, Sides and Snacks as well as for Fish., and thankfully has many pictures of the dishes. If I had a grouse it’s because it is geared to cups and not to grams (US cupsj, and most of the recipes seem to be around 9g carbs all the time. I check my own after making to be more accurate. For the price it is worth it especially as there aren’t many other decent books aimed at the Keto Vegetarian.

Delicious varied recipes for pescatarians
Some of my favourite keto meals came from this book, eg. the broccoli soup is probably the best soup I've ever eaten! (Helps that it's loaded with cream...!)There's a section at the end with fish recipes, so I can understand the reviews saying this isn't a vegetarian cookbook. Personally, I'm a pescatarian, but that doesn't mean I have fish with every meal, so it's perfect for me. For pure veggies, you can just ignore the final section and you'll still get access to loads of great recipes.

Rubbish.
Portion sizes are so small that you WILL still be hungry afterwards. Most have a minimum of 9-10g of carbs. Total waste of money.
