I used to to watch Kevin's videos on YouTube daily, so I have to buy his book and check it out.Very nice book, different approach.

Never expect the book for costing that much can be that useless, nothing really special, nothing really helpful compared to other real estate book that I have ever bought, i highly suggest go with other options.

A really good book. I’ve been a broker for 5 years and I feel this book pointed out some really insightful strategies. I have implemented them immediately. I recommend this book to any realtor.

Ce livre suppose que tous vos clients sont naïfs et que quand quelqu'un dit oui, ils le pensent automatiquement, alors qu'en fait, ils veulent juste que vous partez. Après avoir lu ceci, j'ai réalisé qu'un «non» est 20 fois mieux qu'un oui. Si vous envisagez d'acheter ceci, oubliez-le et achetez le livre de Chris Voss "Ne coupez pas la poire en deux". Un bien meilleur guide pour la négociation.

Amazing book, i'm learning a lot

I'm a real estate broker in Toronto, Canada and I primarily work with sellers. I've been following Kevin's YouTube videos for about 3 years now! So when he announced his Book of Yes I was naturally super excited to get my hands on my own copy and finally having all those scripts and tidbits in one organized format.I have to say one thing, the material covered in this book is really powerful whether you're just starting in the business or you're a veteran realtor.If you follow through and keep practicing and internalizing the scripts you'll be truly a master at conversational choreography as Kevin calls it!And that will take your business to a whole different level.This is a book to keep on your desk and keep reading and re-reading everyday to become unstoppable as a real estate agent.Andrew K.Real Estate Broker
