Very useful and lightweight
Nice balance bike for toddlers

Wheel broke within 1 month of use
One of the wheel broke within one month of use. My toddler was learning to ride it at home and one day the wheel just broke and tiny steel balls started coming out from the broken portion of the wheel. Initially I liked the product for its design but now it is useless. The sturdiness and durability is missing.

Superb balance cycle
Good cycle, a very nice concept of making a wooden cycle. Good quality and sturdy design. Easy to assemble, highly recommended for age group 2 years plus.

Nice product, customer service slow to respond.
The quality of build and product are good. However, there are no spares, and if (like in my case), the wheel comes off and the nuts, or spacers gets lost, then you can't use the cycle. Be prepared for little to no response from the customer care team. Not worth the investment if the support is so poor.Update: After two weeks and multiple followups, I have received the spare parts and am now able to use it again.

Excellent product and very well thought design
Excellent product. My 1.8yr old kid just loves to ride it. Amazingly simple but effective design. Very well thought. I searched all international brands too but nothing is close to this.

Return the product and it's almost 30 days since I returned the product and still no refund

Great design...
Great design... and a highly committed team. Initially, inhad some issues but got them fixed working with the company people. Awesome made in india product
